You don’t need to be experiencing distress for therapy to be beneficial but if you are, please note, coaching isn’t a suitable choice for you. Therapy includes counselling and psychotherapy which are terms often used interchangeably. If you want to know how I differentiate between the two I have said a little more about each below.

My coaching offer includes therapeutic coaching and wellbeing life coaching.

However you decide to work with me, I provide a safe confidential space and the time you need to heal and flourish. You will be heard by someone who really listens, supports you to feel whole, valued, coherent and connected. You will be supported to achieve the transformation you choose within a warm collaborative relationship.
