Therapeutic Coaching

Therapeutic coaching is a hybrid approach which brings together the healing quality of therapy with the achieving potential aspect of coaching. Therapeutic coaching has the capacity to work deeply on healing and changing the self while empowering you to meet your potential, achieving your goals and implementing your desired intensions.

Specific areas where this approach to making changes is especially beneficial include:

Sobriety

If you want to change your relationship with alcohol I will support your journey to sobriety. Making this change can be so very hard and approaches offered by peer support groups like Alcoholics Anonymous don’t suit everyone. Therapeutic Coaching offers insight, compassion, accountability, and a path to sustainable transformational change.

Disordered eating

If you want to change your relationship with food, I will support you on your journey to change from problematic overeating to a healthier and happier relationship with food. Making this change can feel like the hardest challenge, after all abstinence isn’t an option. Approaches offered by peer support groups are often essentially diet programmes in disguise but we know that diets don’t work when it comes to sustainable change and the majority of attendees return time and time again.. Therapeutic Coaching offers insight, compassion, accountability, and a path to sustainable transformational change.

Thrive with ADHD

With or without an official diagnosis, having ADHD feels like working twice as hard to achieve half as much in every domain of our lives. I will help you understand your ADHD with more clarity and discover what works to help you flourish with ADHD. Neurodivergence shows up and is experienced uniquely so I tailor how I work to meet your individual set of needs.

Self-worth

I will help you to stop feeling unworthy and start to value and truly believe in your self-worth. Lack of self-worth shows up in different ways ranging from imposter syndrome, low self-esteem, and perfectionism to feeling chronic shame. If you want to work with focus and structure to shift and transform your relationship with yourself, my therapeutic coaching approach can help you. We are all different and experience these challenges in our own way which is why I will work in the best way to meet your unique needs.
