Therapeutic Coaching

Therapeutic coaching is a hybrid approach which brings together the healing quality of therapy with the achieving potential quality of coaching. Therapeutic coaching has the capacity to work deeply on healing and changing the self while empowering you to meet your potential, achieve your goals and implement your desired intensions.

I offer therapeutic coaching programmes which last for approximately three months and include twelve individual sessions.

I provide a safe confidential space where you will be supported to achieve the transformation you choose in a warm collaborative relationship, helping you to heal and flourish.

Sobriety

Easy eating

Do you use food, do you have a problem with emotional eating, compulsive eating, or binge eating?

Live well with ADHD

Having ADHD feels like working twice as hard to achieve half as much. Do you want to understand your ADHD with more clarity and discover what will work to help you flourish with ADHD?

I know this terrain well and I have a great tried and trusted map. Neurodivergence shows up and is experienced uniquely so I will tailor my programme to meet your individual set of needs.

Self-worth

Do you want to stop feeling unworthy and start to value and truly believe in your self-worth? Lack of self-worth shows up in different ways ranging from imposter syndrome, low self-esteem, and perfectionism to chronic shame.

Being unable to look at ourselves with positive regard can induce feelings of shame about our relationship with ourselves, making it even harder to reach out for help. I do understand and this programme offers the empathy, compassion, and attunement necessary for healing while being sufficiently structured and focused to bring about change.
